I’m pretty sure J.D. wouldn’t approve of any more giant toys in the house but, Step 2 is looking for toy testers. There are eight toys that the company wants real families of children aged 1 – 5 to try out. They’ll send you the toy for free, and within two weeks of receiving it, they want you to post a written review for their website and make a short video featuring it.
That video and my on-camera man voice is what’s stopping me from participating and the fact that Bean already has different versions of those toys.
But, I’ve always wondered how those YouTube families get all those toys they film… This must be one of the ways. Or some sort of corporate sponsorship. Or they just buy everything and make it back in advertisement.
Anyway, if any of you guys are interested, here’s the link. The deadline is August 17, so you have to hurry if you want to get an application in!
If you’re selected, make sure you do the review and the video, or else they will charge you for the toy and the shipping. Don’t say I didn’t warn you!!
Now I’m off on an internet search to see if I can become a LEGO tester…
